Very informative staff, Huge help with choosing products for my pet frogs which I also bought from them more than a year ago. Respect to their choice of products too. only the healthiest crickets and springtails for my frogs

Great staff, very helpful. Ordered a large snake vivarium and didn't realise how big it was and they helped with putting it in the car. Great prices and variety pf products.

I’ve been to just about every pet shop and aquarium store in Brisbane while setting up my new tank, and this place stands out by a mile. The store itself is always clean, well laid out, and stocked with healthy fish and quality products — but what truly makes it special is the staff. Every single visit, they’ve gone above and beyond to help me. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely patient, and always happy to answer questions no matter how many I have or how much time it takes. I’ve never once felt rushed or talked down to. I always walk out feeling genuinely looked after and confident that I’ve got exactly what I need to do things properly. I don’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend to anyone who wants real advice from people who know what they’re doing and care about their customers!
